Main Standpoints and Methods to Study Agricultural Development in China

通过对国内外农业发展研究方面已有观点、理论、方法的特点、功用和局限的分析,结合我国国情,提出了能有效贯彻理论运用与实证分析有机结合、突出重点与兼顾整体有机结合、历史剖析与未来研究有机结合、定性分析与定量研究有机结合等4项原则的方法论。并与论述指标体系和情景分析模型的论文共同构成一套系统认识、描述、分析和预测农业发展及其支撑能力的方法和手段。

Based on the systematic description and analysis of the characters,func- tions and limitations of the existing standpoints,theories,methods and means at home and abroad combined with chinese condition,the methodologies are put for- ward which can be effectively used following four principles:combining theoretical appliance with practical analysis,combining the key point with the whole system, combining historical analysis with future forecast,and combining qualitive analysis with quantitative research.A set of methods for systematic understanding,descrip- tion,analysis and predicting of agricultural development as well its supporting ca- pacity are formed with the papers discussing the index system and the model of cir- cumstance analysis.
