村级经济主体的投资行为分析

Analysis on Investment Behavior of the Village Organizations and Farmers

运用经济学与行为科学相结合的分析方法,分析了村级经济主体的投资动机和影响投资主体投资行为的4个因素:投资预期、需求、收入水平和社会环境。针对这些影响因素,指出优化投资行为要从两方面着手:优化投资的外部环境,强化投资的内部激励机制,并提出了相应的6条措施。

By combing analytical methods of economics and behavior science,the in- vestment motive and behavior of the village organizations and farmers is analyzed. Four factors associated with investment behavior.,investment expectation,market demand,income level,social psychology and external environment are analyzed.Ac- cordance with these factors,six measures are suggested to encourage investment.
