摘要
液氨计量表设计要解决的关键问题是防止出现气液两相流。采用节流孔可以解决这一问题。设计内容包括计量表传感器和显示仪表的选型、节流孔孔径的计算、计量表的防腐蚀设计和受压零件的强度计算。试验结果表明,计量表的误差、质量大小和生产成本都符合设计要求。
The difficult problem in the design of anhydrous ammonia dosage meter is to prevent vaporization of anhydrous ammonia.A throttle is used in the design to solve this problem.The contents of the design include the selection of transducer and display meter,the determination of anticorrosive material and the calculation of the throttle diameter and the strength of pressure-bearing parts in the dosage me- ter.The testing results show that the error,the weight and the production cost of the designed anhydrous ammonia dosage meter all meet the design requirements.
