摘要
本实验用激光衍射仪研究了自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)与正常血压大鼠(WKY)的红细胞在切变流场中的变形能力,发现SHR的红细胞具有正常的变形性,并且与WKY的相比SHR的红细胞和其膜具有更好的变形能力。对于SHR红细胞可变形性的研究也许会对红细胞可变形性的内在因素有一个新的认识。
The erythrocyte deformability of spontaneous hypertension rats(SHR) and Wistar Kyoto rats(WKY) in the shear flow field have been studied quantitatively with Ektacytometor. The results showed the red blood cells of SHR have normal deformability ,the red blood cells and the cell membranes have better deformability as compared with WKY. The study of SHR red cells may lead to a new understanding of intrinsic factors of erythrocyte deformability.
