摘要
作者用激光衍射法研究了凝集素ConA对红细胞在低粘度低剪切率流场中小变形及其在C=0轨道取向的影响。结果表明,在各种低剪切率γ下均有ConA对红细胞作用的量越大,红细胞变形指数DI和取向指数OI就越小。这可能是由于ConA与红细胞膜上的受体结合,改变了细胞膜的成分、红细胞膜刚性增强、粘弹性下降的结果。
The effects of agglutinin ConA on erytherocyte small deformation and its orientation in orbit C=0 in the low shear flow field of low viscosity were studied by means of ektacytometry.The results show that at any low shear rate γ,the more the effect of ConA on erytherocyte,the smaller the erytherocyte deformation index DI and orientation index OI.It might due to the combination of ConA and the receptor on the erytherocyte membrane,which result in the increasing of membrane rigidity and decreasing of membrane viscoelasticity.
