医用级聚醚砜树脂的生物相容性

Biocompatibility of Medical PES

作者参照国内外有关医用高分子材料的生物学评价试验方法，对国产聚醚砜树脂作了系统的生物学评价。结果表明：医用级聚醚砜树脂无毒性、无热源和致敏反应，对皮肤无刺激、体外溶血率小于５％。对细胞生长有促进作用，长期植入皮下后，随植入时间延长，移植物周围形成的纤维包囊，囊壁厚度逐渐变薄、细胞炎性反应３０天基本消失，对骨髓多染红细胞无影响。因此，可以认为医用级聚醚砜树脂有良好的生物相容性。

According to the international biological evaluation tests of medical macromolecular materials,we have performed a systemic biological evaluation of domestic medical PES. The results show:there is no toxicity, no reaction of pyrogen or sensitization,and no irritation to the skin. The hemolysis rate in vitro is less than 5%.PES may promote the growth of cell.After being embedded under skin,as time elapsed,the fibrous cyst which surrounded the embedded PES became thinner,and the infective reaction almost disappeared after 30 days.There was no affect to polychromatic erythrocyte of bone marrow. Therefore,it may be concluded that the medical PES has good biocompatibility.
