摘要
以福寿螺的7个近交系为材料,按半双列杂交配制组合,观测了这些组合的幼螺成活率和成螺体重,利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术测定了7个近交系的α-酯酶和淀粉酶的酶谱,估算了同工酶基因座的Nei氏遗传距离以及幼螺成活和成螺体重的杂种优势率,讨论了Nei氏遗传距离与这2种杂种优势的关系。
The zymograms of α-esterase(α-Est) and amylase(Amy) for 7 inbred lines of Ampullaria gigas were obtained. Nei's genetic distances for the isozyme loci,and heterosis rates for the junior snail viability and adult snail yeild were estimated. The relationships between the genetic distances and the heterosis rates were also discussed .
