摘要
平喘酮又名1,1′-双异薄荷酮,它的2个几何异构体经立体化学研究证明:θmp=166~168℃的异构体是内消旋1,1′-双异薄荷酮,其构型为IR,1′S,4S,4′R。θmp=137~139℃的异构体是外消旋1,1′-双异薄荷酮,它的构型为(+)旋光异构体是1R,1′R,4S,4′S,(-)旋光异构体是1S,1′S.4R,4′R。
A course of stereochemical study on the isomers of 1, 1'-bisisomenthone and the experimental results are reported. The two geometrical isomers of 1,1'-bisisomenthone are proved. One with θmp = 166~168℃ is meso-1,1'-bisisomenthone that configuration is 1R, 1'S, 4S, 4'R. Other with θmp =137~139℃ is (±) -1,1'-bisisomenthone that the configuration of enantiomer with dextrorotation is 1R, 1'R, 4S,4'R and with laevorotation is 1S, 1'S, 4R, 4'R.
