摘要
测定了短跑、长跑运动员不同训练课前后及恢复期唾液睾酮,发现短跑运动员不同运动量训练后唾液睾酮降低,中、大运动量训练后唾液睾酮显著下降,且恢复需12h以上;长跑运动员不同运动量训练后唾液睾酮变化与运动量有关,小运动量训练后唾液睾酮上升,中、大运动量训练后显著下降,恢复时间要6h以上。对1日内男子唾液睾酮的测定发现唾液睾酮变化具有一定规律,早晨最高,下午最低。本实验运动后唾液睾酮变化非睾酮自身波动,而是运动的影响。
Salivary testosterone of sprinters and long distance runners before and after training sessionsand during the recovery period was measured. The study found that salivary testosterone of sprinterssignificantly decreased after large and medium training loads, and returned to original level after 12 hours.Salivary tesosterone of long distance runners increased after small loading volume, but significantly de-creased after large and medium loading volume, and returned to original level after 6 hours. Change ofsalivary testosterone of men in a day showed certain regularity, being high in the morning and low in theafternoon. The change of salivary testosterone observed in this study was caused by exercise.
