摘要
用胃转移性腺癌细胞系SGC7901免疫BALB/C小鼠,取脾与SP2/0骨髓瘤细胞融合,筛选出4株抗胃癌单克隆抗体,分别命名为BMG1,BMG2、BMG3和BMG4。经间接细胞免疫荧光和ABC免疫组化染色鉴定,这组单抗与胃癌细胞系和胃癌组织有高的反应性,其中BMG1、BMG3与中分化腺癌及低分比腺癌的反应性分别为84.6%和83.3%;与正常胃粘膜腺体不反应;与部分异型增生腺体呈阳性反应。初步认为,此组单抗在胃癌的组织学和体液诊断方面有一定应用价值。

antibodies disignated BMGs were generated by immunizing BALB/c mice
with the SGC7901,A gastric adenocarcinoma cell line. 123 cases of
gastric specimen were studied by immu- nohistochemistry. BMG1 and
BMG4 reacted with 77.8%and 81.3%of the well differentiated adenoca-
cinoma,moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma and the reactivity of
84.6%and 66.7%,respecti- vely;83.3%of poorly differentiated
adenocarcinoma and 71.4%of mucinous adenocarcinoma were stained by
BMG3.The MAbs did not react with normal gastric tissues.The
corresponding antigens were consi- dered as glycoproteins expressed
on the cell membrane.
