休克与脱厥证现代研究述评

A Review of Scientific Research on Shock and TCM Prostration Syndrome

从病因病机、辨证分型、治法及治法原理的实验研究方面，就中医对休克的认识和现代研究的现状以及今后研究的前景进行了述评。为了深化研究，发扬中医治疗休克和其它急症的优势，本文建议：１．制定统一的证型和疗效评定标准，进行大样本临床研究；２．重视高效速效的新剂型研制；３．加强中医治疗急症机理的实验研究；４．加强临床和基础实验相结合的研究。

This review touches upon such scientific study fields of TCM prostration syndrome as etiology and pathogenesis, differential diagnostic patterns, treatment and treating principle; and carries out a discussion in TCM on theunderstanding of shock, present shock research programmes,and the prospect of shock research.In order to deepen the research on shock and give full play to the superiority of TCM in treating shock and other emergency cases, the author suggests that four steps should be taken: (1) to establish unitary criteria for differential diagnostic patterns and clinical effects and launch clinical research of large sample; (2) to lay stress on developing high-effective and quick-acting preparations; (3) to reinforce experimental study on the treatment of emergency cases; and (4) to reinforce the integration of clinical and experimental studies.
