摘要 本实验结果表明,乏氧、营养缺乏和低pH都能使V79细胞对亚德里亚霉素(ADR)产生抗性,提示实体瘤内此类细胞可能是影响化疗效果的重要因素。乏氧细胞对活性氧的敏感性降低以及其ADR抗性不为钙通道阻断剂所逆转,说明其抗药机理可能与质膜有关,而不同于多药抗性(MDR)。 he present work proved that hypoxia. nutritional deprivation and lower pH could make Chinese Hamster V79 cell,in vitre,resistant to Adramycin(ADR)which suggesrs that these cells in some:tumo- rs may be responsible for the failure of chemotherapy. The fact that the resistance of V79 cells induced by hypoxia to ADR was not reversed by calcium channel blocker,Verapamil.suggested that hypoxia might not share the common mechanism of multidrug resistance The hypoxic cells were much less susceptible to the attack of reactve oxygen species which were enzymatically resulted from the xanthine/xanthine oxidase reaction than oxic cells. The results suggested that the plasma membrance might be involved in the acquirement of resistance to ADR
