摘要
用扫描显微放射照相检查法研究了龋齿早期脱矿过程中病损区表层的形成过程及影响因素，以探讨其形成机理。结果表明，牙釉质脱矿早期，内部矿物含量随时间而变化，说明先有表层溶解，尔后才有表层形成；表层下脱矿发生在釉质初步脱矿之后；部分脱矿的釉质经过氟处理，可提高抗酸溶解能力；本研究还首次证明连续脱矿时脱矿介质中如存在明胶，深层溶解的矿物可在表层区发生再沉积。
he process of surface layer formation in early
caries was studied by quantitative scanning microra- diography.The
aim was to investigate the mechanism of surface layer formation. The
results demons- trated a changing profile of mineral content with
time at an early stage of enamel demineralization. It showed that the
formation of surface layer only occurred after an initial dissolution
of surface enamel.It also showed that fluoride treatment enhanced the
resistance of enamel to acid dissolution. Meanwhile,this study
firstly proved a deposition of new mineral at the surface zone in
continous demineralization. This happened when the demineralizing
medium contained gelatin.
