摘要
过氧化苯甲酰是一种可产生自由基、具有促癌活性的化合物。Northern印迹分析研究表明,BPO在40mg一次局部涂用于小鼠皮肤后,皮肤表皮鸟氨酸脱羧酶(ODC)mRNA水平在涂用BPO后6小时左右升至最高,而BPO多次涂用,也可增加mRNA水平,并以第6小时最明显。提示,BPO可能通过促进ODCmRNA表达、增加ODC酶量以诱导ODC活性。

activity. By Northern blot analysis, this study provedthat
asingletreatmentofmouse skin with BPO at dose of 40mg profoundly
increased the level of ODC mRNA at about 6thhour after the BPO
treatment The multiple treatment of mouse skin with BPO,once every
two days for 4times,also elevated ODC mRNA level mainly at about 6th
hour of last treatment These suggest that the induction of ODC
activity by BPO is related to its stimulation of ODC mRNA expression.
