摘要
应用经颅多普勒(TCD)对94例偏头痛患者及38例正常人的脑血流速度(MFV)进行了研究。发现不同类型的偏头痛(MWO与MWA)的发作期与间歇期,发作时头痛为单侧或双侧,其MFV的变化均不相同。且由于它具有无创伤性,重复性好,可用于动态观察偏头痛发作时动脉功能状态的变化及评估抗偏头痛药物的作用。
The velocity of blood flow in large intrearanial arteries was investigated in 94 migraine patients and 38 normal subjects by Transcrainal Doppler (TCD) Ultrasound. It was found that the changes of MFV were different in different types of migraine ( MWO and MWA) and different periods (headache and headache-free) of migraine.Because TCD is a noninvasive method with good reproducibility, it maybe used for detecting hemodnamic changes decring acute attacts of migraine and evaluation of antimigraine drugs.
