对糖尿病合并高血压患者血浆内皮素－1和降钙素基因相关肽改变的观察

Investigation On Plasma Concentrations of ET-1 And CGRP In Diabetics Complicated With Hypertension

为研究糖尿病合并高血压的发病机制，本文测定和比较了１９例血压正常的非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病（ＮＩＤＤＭ）病人，１１例单纯高血压病人，１２例ＮＩＤＤＭ合并高血压病人和１４例正常人的血浆内皮素－１（ＥＴ－１）和降钙素基因相关肽（ＣＧＲＰ）水平。结果发现：三组病人的ＥＴ－１水平均显著高于对照组，且呈依次上升趋势，而单纯高血压病组和糖尿病合并高血压组的ＣＧＲＰ水平均明显低于对照组，提示糖尿病合并高血压血浆ＥＴ－１升高，ＣＧＲＰ减低可能是糖尿病合并高血压的发病因素之一。

In order to study the pathogenic mechanism of diabetics complicated with hypertension, we investigated and compared the plasma concentrations of ET-1 and CGRP in 19 cases of INDDM patients with normal blood pressure (Group 1),11 cases of simple hypertensive patients without NIDDM (Group 2), 12cases of INDDM patients complicated with hypertension(Group 4) and 14 cases of normal persom. The results showed that the concentrations of ET-1 of the first three groups were significantly higher than those of control groups and showed an ascending tendency according to the sequence.But the concentrations of CGRP of simple hypertension group and simple NIDDM group were much lower than those of controller. The results indicate that high plasma concentration of ET-1 and low concentration of CGRP may act the pathogenic factors predisposing occurrence of diabetics complicated with hypertension.
