高血压性脑出血破入脑室的临床与CT（附37例报告）

The clinical manifestation and CT. delection for the hypertensive cerebral haemorrhage making an incursion into ventricle of brain(appended 37 cases)

本文报告ＣＴ证实的高血压性脑出血破入脑室３７例。对其ＣＴ、临床表现及预后进行了分析。ＣＴ脑扫描是诊断脑出血破入脑室的较好辅助检查手段。高血压性脑出血破入脑室并非均有凶险的临床征象，也不完全是致命的，本组住院死亡率为２４％。预后与原发血肿量、中线移位情况、破入脑室部位及发病初期病情轻重有关。

In this paper, 37 cases of hypertension cerebral haemorrage in ventricles of brain proved by CT are presented, and the CT clinical manifestation and prognosis are analysed. The CT brain scanning is a better supplementary way for the diagnosis of hypertension cerebral haemorrhage making an incursion into the ventricular of brain. It is not all pernicious manifestation and not all fatal for the hypertension cerebral haemorrhage in the ventricular of brain. In this group,the mortality of inpatient is 24%,The prognosis is related with the primary blood volume, displacement condition of central line, bleeding position and the degree of early morbidity.
