摘要
分析２３例盆腔外子宫内膜异位症，其中瘢痕子宫内膜异位症２０例，脐部异位症１例，外阴异位症２例。药物治疗虽可缓解症状，但停药后容易复发。本组均手术切除病灶。１８例获随访，时间术后半年至１年，均未见复发。手术切除病灶可以根治。
Twenty-three cases of extra-pelvic endometriosis were analysed. Among them 20 cases occured in surgical scars, 1 case in umbilicus and 2 cases in the vulva. Although medical treatment can relieve the symptom, it usually recurs after cessation of therapy. All Of focuses were surgically removed in this group, 18 cases have been followed-up, and havn't recured from half to one year afteroperation.
