推拿按摩治疗腰椎间盘突出症造成马尾神经损害7例报告

Manipulatory treatment for injuries of Cauda Equina caused by prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc (appended 7 casas)

我院１９８４年来，共收治７例腰椎间盘突出症接受推拿按摩治疗后出现马尾神经损伤的患者。经手术证实，突出的椎间盘组织很大，局部压迫及粘连严重。我们认为，对中央型椎间盘突出、椎间盘突出症状严重、突出合并椎体后缘骨突及突出椎间盘进入神经根管的病例不宜采取推拿按摩。一旦马尾神经损伤出现后，应积极采取手术治疗。

Since 1984, 7 cases of injuries of cauda equina have been treated, who suffered from protrusion of lumbar intervertebral discasand were treated by manipulation. Exploratory operations presented the huge size of the prolapse, severe local compression and adhesion. In our opinion, the cases of central disc protrusion, protrusion with serious symptoms, protrusion with spurs on the posterior edge of vertera and disc protruding into canal of nerve root, should not accept the treatment of manipulation. Once the injury of cauda equina occurs, exploratory operation should be adopted actively.
