YAG激光虹膜切开治疗原发性闭角型青光眼的远期疗效

Long-term effects of ND: YAG laser iridoctomy in primary angle-closure glaucoma

应用国产ＪＹｚ－１型ＹＡＧ激光机，对１５１只眼（８７例）原发性闭角型青光眼行虹膜切开术。长期随访３～５年，激光孔全部开放，眼压控制率为８９．４３％～１００％。激光后用药减少，前房角关闭指数和暗室俯卧试验有明显改善，说明长期控制限压，激光虹膜切开术是一种有效的方法。

eyes (87 cases) of primary angle-glaucoma were performed peripheral iridoto. my with the domestic JYZ-1 Model YAG laser microruptor. The follow-up period was 3￣5 years.The IOP controlled rates were 89.47%￣100%, Postoperatively the use of hypotensive drugs diminished. The index of chamber angle closure and dark-room prone-position test were improved.Nd:YAG iridotomy appears to be an effective method of controlling IOP over the long-term period of follow-up.
