摘要
论述了钇钡铜氧高温超导薄膜在大气中的不稳定性,对比二氧化硅,阐明了氮化硅薄膜作为保护层的优点,并报导了做潮湿实验前后的对比实验结果.最后讨论了氮化硅作为高温超导薄膜保护层的可行性.
The instability of YBCO high T_c superconductive(HTS)film exposed to air is de-scribed. Compared with SiO_2,the advantages of Si_3N_4as protective coating are considered. Al-so given are the T_c results measured before and after humidity experiments for films with orwithout coatings. Finally,the feasibility of Si_3N_4 layer used as protective coating of HTS filmis discussed.
