摘要
本研究是根据最优设计理论的基本思想首次在我国建材工业混凝土生产中应用的一次尝试。本文研究了掺用高效减水剂UNF<sub>-2</sub>后混凝土关键性质量指标早期出窑强度、28天抗压强度以及坍落度与节约水泥用量百分率△C/C、减水率△W/W和UNF<sub>-2</sub>的掺量之间的关系,用最优试验设计求出了数学模型,配上经济函数后,通过约束条件下计算机优化求解,优选出最佳配合比,并直接用于指导工厂生产,解决了高效减水剂的合理应用和400<sup>#</sup>屋面板的质量问题。
In this paper, the relationships among various factors such as strength,slump of concrete mixturn, amount of concrete cement saved (△c/c) , percentage of warer redaction (△w/w)and amount of admixture UNF-2 are discussed. According to the principle of optimum experimental design, comes the mathemalical model about the key quality index of concrete and superplastizing admixture. The optimum proportion of concrete mixture can be found by computer in terms of mathematical model plus the function of costs under the binding condition. The result can be readily applied to the factory production and, thereby, the quality requirements of concrete in the manufacture of 400~# roof sheathing are fulfilled as well.
