心脉灵注射液对内毒素休克狗红细胞流变学紊乱的影响 被引量:15

Effects of Xinmailing on the Disturbance of Red Blood Cell Rheology in Endotoxin Shock Dog

摘要 实验证明内毒素休克狗红细胞脂质过氧化损伤可导致红细胞膜流动性下降,红细胞变形性降低,渗透脆性增加和血管内溶血。这些红细胞的细胞流变学紊乱,成为微循环灌流障碍的重要因素,与休克发展过程密切相关。心脉灵注射液对狗内毒素休克有良好的疗效,它具有抗红细胞脂质过氧化作用,稳定红细胞膜功能,增加红细胞变形性,改善血液粘滞性,增加微循环灌流,从而促进血液动力学改善,达到回阳救逆的抗休克效应。 The paper presents the experimental results that red blood cell lipid peroxide (LPO) could reduce erythrocyto--deformability,lower erythrocyto-osmotic-brittleness and intravessel hemolysis in endotoxin shock dog. Disorder of red blood cell rheology was an important factor of microcircular perfusing obstruct ion;therefore, erythrocyto-rheologic disorder related to shock pathogenic process.The results showed that Xinmailing had a good curative effect on endotoxin shock dog,and it possessed effects of anti-eythrocyto-LOP,stablized erythrocyto-membrane, increased red blood cell deformability and raised microcircular perfusion. Therefore,it could be said that Xinmailing can improve hemodynamics and restore the yang-aspect from collapse.
