摘要
以桂枝汤调补脾胃而实现其调和营卫作用为理论依据,以大鼠醋酸型胃粘膜溃疡为基础,观察了桂枝汤对大鼠实验性胃溃疡的治疗作用,以及对肝、胃、肾等脏器细胞中三磷酸腺苷酶(ATPase)、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)和碳酸酐酶(CA)等酶活性的影响。提出了挂枝汤对实验性胃溃疡所具有的抑制、修复作用是通过整体性调节而实现的,而这种整体性调节的内在机制则与酶蛋白活动直接相关,从而从实验角度证实了桂枝汤能够有效地调节脾胃机能。
observations in the treatment of experimental gastric ulcer in rats and the effect on the actiyities of ATPase, SPH, CA, etc on the cells of liver, stomach, kidney and other organs by Decoction Ramulus Cinnamomi were carried out based on the gastric mucosa ulcer of acetic type, the theory that the decoction can regulate and tonify the apleen and stomach to exercise the regulation of ying and wei. Thepaper put forward that the inhibitory and reparative effect on the experimental gastric ulcer depended on systematic regulation, the intrinsic mechanism of which was directly related to zymoprotein. From a experimental standpoint, it is, therefore, proved that the decoction can effectively regulate the mechanism of the spleen and stomach.
