摘要
利用赖氨酸类似物 L—4—氧赖氨酸(OL)作选择剂,通过组织培养,从秋此水稻成熟种胚的愈伤组织中筛选出 L—37、L—38,L—40,L—43抗 OL 突变轴胞系。突变细胞系愈伤组织在不含 OL 培养基上培养10代,对OL 仍有较高的抗性。突变细胞系的淀粉酶、酯酶、过氧化物酶同工酶的活性有所增加,18种氨基酸的含量均有增加,其中赖氨酸含量增加218.8%。L—37愈伤组织酯酶同工酶酶谱在快区前沿多了4条谱带。L—37、L—40得到了再生植株。
In order to improve the quality of rice,usingL—4—oxalysine(OL)as
an inhibitor and Qiuguang rice as material,through embryonic culture,we
have' screened OL—resistant calli L—37, L—38, L—40, L—43 on induction
medium of OL 1000mg/l.The L—37,L—40 have redifferentiated into green
plants.The lysine content of OL—resistant calli increased by 218.8%,as
compared with that of control.
