摘要
根据白菜胞质型雄性不育系的科征和特性,通过多代转育后的不育系与不同父本的杂交试验,分析了不育系、保持系和父本系对杂种后代的影响及三者之间的关系。试验采用同一不育系的不同单株,在每一株上,均用主要经济性状差异较大的两个父本和保持系进行交配。结果表明:从单株毛菜重、球径、叶片数、中心柱高、结球级值、株高与开张度7个性状水平看出,父本系同其杂种后代的各性状呈显著正相关,同时也说明父本各性状最好要优于保持系。
Based on the characteristics of a Chinese cabbage c-ytoplasmic male
sterile line,developed through many generations of cytoplasm-introgression,
experiments were conducted to document the effects of sterile,maintaining
and male parental lines on hybrid progeny,as well as the relationships
between the three lines.Several individual plants from the same sterile
line were used in the test,each plant was crossed with two male
parental lines widely different in major economic traits,and with one
maintaining line.Results showed that as far as plant weight,head
diameter,number of leaves,stem height,rating of head formation,plant
height and plant width were concerned,there existed a significantly positive
correlation between the male parentage and its hybrid progeny.Therefore,
it is preferable that in breeding,all desired traits of male parentage
should be superior to those of the maintaining line.
