摘要
本文研究了六号李和绥稜红李的大量自然杂交实生树某些性状的遗传变异规律。研究结果表明,抗红点病、果实颜色等是质量性状并呈明显的显性遗传;而抗寒力、果实大小、成熟期、品质等是数量性状,具有连续性变异特点,关于果实粘离核性状,研究结果与苏联的 H·K·yenikeyev 的试验结论相反,粘核性状为显性,离核性状为隐性。
In this paper,genetic variation patterns for some characters were inve-
stigated in a large number of naturally hybridized seedling plants from
Plum 6 X Sui Ling Red Plum.The result showed that resistance to red
spot disease(Polystigma rubrum(pers.)DC.)and fruit color were qualitative
characters,which demonstrated apparent dominant,inheritance,whevreas
cold resistance,fruit size,time of ripening and fruit quality were
quantitative characters marked by continuous variation.As for the cling-
or free-stone character of the fruit,it was found that cling stone was
a dominant trait,while free stone was a recessive one,which is contrary
to the result reported by H.K.Yenikeyev of the Soviet Union.
