摘要 研究了在高强度CO_2激光束照射下,瓦特镍Ni/Ni^(2+)电极体系电沉积镍层的性质及其变化规律。测定极化曲线表明,激光照射能提高阴极极化效果。通过扫描和透射电镜观察到,激光电沉积镍层与基体结合力高,在一定的光照时间内结晶细致,表面平整,镍层为微裂纹结构。 The cariteristic and changing rule of Ni electrodiposited layer of watt Ni/Ni2+ Electrode sys tem was study under the radiation of powerful CO2 laser beam. It was demonstratedon polariza tion curve that laser beam radiation can magnify cathodic polarization. It was proved through SEM and TEM that laser electrodiposited Ni layer has strong adhesive power to the base metal, the crystal is fine, the surface is plan and the structure is micro-craze.
