摘要
采用电化学测试技术,研究了TiN膜对不锈钢在海水中的孔蚀行为的影响。结果表明,离子镀使孔蚀电位提高,改善和提高了抗孔蚀性能。其主要原因是TiN膜层的化学效应和亚稳相氮化物的形成。
The pitting resistance of TiN coated specimens in sea water was studied by electrochemical method. It was proved that pitting potential become more noble and pitting resistance was improved after ion plating. It is mainly related with the chemical effect of the film and presumably associated with the formation of metastable phase of nitride.
