摘要
研究了磷含量及热处理对化学镀镍磷合金腐蚀行为的影响,结果表明:磷含量对镀层耐蚀性影响很大,磷含量增加,镀层钝化膜形成速率加快,耐蚀性能提高;当磷含量超过8.5%,镀层为非晶态结构,耐蚀性能优异。热处理直接影响了镀层的耐蚀性能,200℃热处理1h,可改善镀层耐蚀性能,温度超过300℃,镀层组织结构发生改变,耐蚀性能降低。
The effects of phosphorus content and heat treatment on the corrosion behaviours of Ni-P alloys electroless plating were investigated. It was proved that phosphorus can improve the corrosion resistance of the film. The structure is amorphous and corrosion resistance superior when the phosphorus content surpass 8. 6 percent. Heat treatment at 200癈 for one hour can significantly improve corrosion resistance while at 300~500癈causes reduction in corrosion resistance.
