摘要
结合最近几年国际上研制蓝绿光激光器的一些主要进展,介绍了实现蓝绿色激光输出的几个途径,即用非线性光学晶体倍频方法以及研制宽带隙材料激光器。
On the basis of some progress on blue-green laser, we review severalmethods of blue-green laser output,that is,frequency doubling by nonlinear optical crystals and blue-green laser made by wide band gap semiconductors.
