摘要
本文分析了４８例皮质下动脉硬化性脑病，平均年龄６２．６岁。伴有血压高者４２例（８７．５％）．智能障碍者３８例（７９．２％），神经局灶体征者４２例（８７．５％），帕金森综合征者１２例（２５％）。全部病人ＣＴ扫描均显示脑室周围及半卵圆中心白质低密度区。其中出现腔隙性脑梗塞者１８例（３７．５％）、多发性脑梗塞１２例（２５％）、脑萎缩４３例（８９．６％）。
Forty-eight patients with subcortical arteriosclerotic encephalopathy were analysed. the mean age was 62.6 years.Of them 42 cases(87.5%)associated with hypertension. 38 (79.2%)with disturbance of intellience,42 (87.5%)with local neurologic signs.and 12(25%)with Parkinson's syndrome. The CT scan of all patients showed low density area in the periventricular and white matter of half-oval centre. Among them 18 cases (37.5%)had lacular infarction,12(25%)multiple cerebral infarction, 43(89.6%) encephalatrophy.
