摘要
作者通过２０例尸体解剖，研究了前列腺的动脉来源、行程、分支类型、管径及进入腺体的部位。显示前列腺血管丰富，动脉来源广泛，主要经腺体底部和尖部进入腺体，底部的动脉呈环形分布。在解剖学研究的基础上设计了膀胱内环扎血管前列腺切除术。临床应用３６例，结果表明该术式操作简便，出血少，损伤小，并发症少等优点。
The courses,roads.branch kinds and positions in the gland of the prostate arteries were studied in 20 autopsy specimens. The results showed that the prostate arteries were extensive and entered the prostate gland through the tip and base of the gland. The arteries of prostate base presented circular distribution. The technique for hemostasis during suprapubic prostatectomy is described in this paper. The arteries of prostate base are circularly sutured prior to the enucleation of the hyperplastic gland. 36 patients were treated with this technique and received good results.
