摘要
为了探讨人胃癌结合β半乳糖苷凝集素的免疫效应,将不同剂量的凝集素注入小鼠腹腔,观察其对小鼠溶血素、抗体形成细胞、大颗粒淋巴细胞及淋巴细胞转化率的影响。结果表明,β半乳糖苷凝集素具有促进淋巴细胞转化并抑制抗体产生的作用。实验组与对照组相比P<0.01,差异有高度显著性。表明该凝集素具有增强细胞免疫、抑制体液免疫的作用。
βgalactose glucoside agglutinin in human stomach cancer was injected into abdominal cavity of mice to detect the effect of immune.We observed the hemolysin,antibody forming cell (AFC),larger granular lymphocyte(LGL) and rate of lymphocyte transfer.The results showed that β galactose glucoside agglutinin had the effects of antibody production and promoting lymphocyte transfer function.There were singificant differences between experimental and normal groups.The results proved that the agglutinin can increase cellular immune and suppress humoral immune function.
