摘要
Ca2+是机体细胞内参与正常机能调节的第二信使之一,细胞内Ca2+稳态失衡可致细胞功能和结构的不可逆损害。通过对48例多器官功能衰竭的新生儿血清Ca2+浓度分析表明:①新生儿多器官功能衰竭多伴有低Ca2+血症(31/48例),脏器衰竭数目越多,低Ca2+比例越高,二者呈正相关。②血清Ca2+水平与病死率呈负相关。提示多器官功能衰竭治疗中应用Ca2+拮抗剂及黄嘌呤氧化酶阻滞剂,减少自由基生成,保护细胞膜防止Ca2+内流,有利于提高抢求成功率。
Analysis of serum calcium in 48 neonates with multiple organ failure indicated:①multiple organ failure in neonates usually associated with hypocalcemia(31/48).The greater the number of the organ failure,the higher the rate of hypocalcemia was.②the levels of serum Ca and the mortality of multiple organ failure in neonates were negatively correlated.This suggests that using calcium blokers and xanthine oxidase inhibitor can reduce the production of free radicals and prevent calcium influx,thus improve the survival rate of neonates with mutiple organ failure.
