摘要
本实验观察了牛磺酸对乙醇介导的胃损伤的影响。结果表明，牛磺酸预处理明显减轻乙醇对胃粘膜的损伤，降低血浆内皮素水平和胃粘膜损伤指数。提示，牛磺酸对于治疗酒精性胃粘脂膜损伤，可能具有临床应用前景。
The effect of taurine on damage of rat stomach induced by ethanol was investigated.The results showed that pretreatment with taurine significantly alleviated the ethanol-induced injury of gastric mucosa,decreased the levels of plasma endothelinimmunoreactivity and the injury index of gastric mucosa.The data indicate that taurine may be useful in the treatment of gastric mucosal injury induced by ethanol.
