摘要
通过血小板凝聚,血液粘度,复钙时间,凝血酶原时间,纤溶活性5项指标对50种活血化瘀类中药进行了体外抗凝作用的研究。结果证明50种中药中具有强抗凝及纤溶活性的中药6种,部分抗凝及纤溶活性的26种,无抗凝作用的18种。
The antithrombic activity of fifty Chinese tranditional medicines, belongingin ABRS, was evaluated using five assay systems in Vitro, i.e. inhibition of ADP-induced platelet aggregation, anticoagulation actions, activation of the fibrinolytesystem and so on. Among the fifty, six belonged in full antithrombic prepara-tions; twenty six belonged in partial anti-thrombic preparations; and eighteenbalonged in non-antithrombic preparations. It may be concluded that some of theABRS drugs have strong antithrombic actions.
