摘要
报告了糖衣片中法定食用色素的鉴定方法。实验结果表明:采用毛线提取薄层鉴定,毛线提取纸层鉴定、毛线提取光谱法鉴定,方法简便、易于推广。并报告了29种糖衣片的鉴定结果。
Methods of identification for six official food pigments in coated tablets arereported. Twenty-nine kinds of coated tablets were extracted with wool and iden-tified by TLC, PC and visibl-violet spectrum analysis. The experimental resultsshowed that the methods were simple and easy to be popularized.
