摘要
介绍了一种刀具—工件自然热电偶无损标定装置。该装置根据热电偶的中间导体定律,将中间导体作为热源,使标准热电偶和待定热电偶的热端等温,完成标定工作。该装置还可对刀片冷端温升进行补偿。本文对标准热电偶和待定热电偶的热端是否等温进行了检验,证明该装置有足够的标定精度。
A non-destructive calibration unit for tool/work thermocouples is presented in the paper.Based on the Law of Intermediate Matetrials,an intermediate metal film is heated to generate equal temperature at the measuring junction of a standard thermocouple and the one to be calibrated,so as to establish the relationship between the EMF of the latter and the temperature.Another standard thermocouple is provided to compensate for temperature rising at the reference junction of the tool.A test setup is designed to demonstrate that all measuring junctions touching the heated metal film are isothermal and,therefore,the calibration can be sufficiently accurate.
