摘要
介绍了金属与非金属筒形件搭接粘接的一种超声在线检测技术,它能在微机光屏上实时地显示被检测构件沿圆周方向上粘合面积的彩色图象,并对构件整体粘接强度合格与否作出预报。工程实践表明,该技术在保证不将粘接强度不合格的构件误报为合格的前提下,在粘接强度不合格构件为5%左右时,给出的粘接强度合格与否的误报率不大于0.5%。
Discusses the application of ultra-acoustic detection technique in the adhesion by halved joint between metallic and nonmetallic barrel workpieces.The adhesion area in circumferential direction of the detected workpieces can be plotted on a CRT screen thus enabling a prediction as to whether adhesion strength is qulifiable.It has been shown that,when the rate of non-qualified products is about 5%,the technique gives a rate of misinformation of less than 0.5%.
