摘要
介绍了一种对高压传感器进行高动压校准的实验方法,该法的目的是为了检验高压传感器的高动态压力作用下工作一致性的性能,文中筒要阐述了用于以上实验的液压脉冲发生器工作原理和结构,给出了装置的物理、数学模型和目前已投入使用的准动态校准装置的技术性能指标:压力峰值(200-10000)×10^5Pa;产生压力波形为近似于半正弦的压力脉冲;压力脉冲宽度0.5-15ms;重复性可达±0.6%。
An experimental method of calibrating high-pressure transducers using hish dynamic pressure impulses is introduced.The aim of this method is to examine the uniformity of performance of the high-pressure transducers under the action of high dynamic pressures.The principle and structure of a hydraulic pressure impulse generator is briefly expounded.The physical and mathematical models of the system are then discussed and a prototype device is introduced.The pressure impulse generated by the prototype device is an approximately semi-sinusoidal wave in its shape,havins a peak pressure of(200~10000)×10~5Pa,a width of(0.5~15)ms and a repetitiveness of±0.6%.With this device,the unformity of preformance model 4QP 8000 pressure transducers produced by AVL,Austria were examined.From the results of the examination,it can be concluded that high dynamic pressure calibration of high-pressure transducers appears to be a necessity.
