摘要
本文采用薄层扫描外标两点法,测定了银翘解毒片中单味药金银花的抗菌有效成分氯原酸与异氯原酸的含量和回收率分别是:0.22%、0.56%,99.5%、99.7%。
The extract of Yinqiao Jiedu Pian in 95% ethanol and in the solution of stan-dard chlorogenic acid and isochlorogenic acid in 95% ethanol were developedon Silica G plate by n-butyl acetate/formic acid/water (1/1/1). The chlorogenicacid and isochlorogenic acid in Yinqiao Jicdu Pian were quantitatively determinedby external standard two-point working curve method at 335nm (λ_S)and 230(λ_R).Very desirable accuracy and reproducibility were achieved.
