摘要
利用透射电子显微镜对经历数万小时实际运行且具有连续温度分布的INCONEL718合金部件的不同温度区域进行TEM观察后发现,长时运行后合金组织发生了复杂的变化。合金超温使用过程中γ″相向δ相转变是造成合金热不稳定性致使材料失效的主要原因。
A INCONEL 718 alloy component with an engine servicelife of several ten-thousand hours and with a continuous temperature gradient was structurally investigated by means of TEM indifferent temperature zones.The results show that microstructure demonstrates strongly changing after long time aging,and γ″→δtransformation is the key reason reducing the thermal structure sta-bility,so as to make the materail fracture in overtemperature service.
