界面耗能与纤维增强金属基复合材料的耐磨性 被引量:1

INTERRACE DLSSIPATING ENERGY AND WEAR RESISTANCE OF FIBER REINFORCED METAL MATRIX COMPOSITES

摘要 利用挤压铸造制备了Al_2O_3短纤维增强铝合金复合材料,研究了这种材料的界面对其耐磨性的影响。结果表明,在复合材料中,纤维与基体结合良好,并对铝合金具有增强作用;复合材料的界面可阻滞裂纹扩展,复合材料具有优异的耐磨性;基体中的合金元素有利于形成良好的界面,改善复合材料的耐磨性。 The effects of the interface in alumina short fiber reinforced aluminum alloy composites,which were manufactured by squeeze casting,on the wear resistance of the composites are studied,The results of the study indicate that the fiber combines with aluminum alloy matrix well in the complesites and has reinforcing effect on aluminum alloy;and that the interface in the composites can hold back crack propagation,and the composites possess excellent wear resistance. The alloy elements in the matrix are favourable to forming good interface to improve wear resistance of the composites.
