摘要
利用液气高速锤作为大能量发生装置,设计制作了相应的载荷转换与诚样夹持装置,配以先进的高频响测试系统,研制开发出一种中高应变率大能量冲击材料实验机及实验技术,该机打击能量高达5000J,打击速度最大为40m/s。可使试样产生大变形,特别适于热与机械动耦合效应的研究。着重分析了惯性力对测试波形的影响。
Using hydor-pneumatic high speed hammer as a high energy generating device,the corresponding load conversion and specimen fixtures were designed,matching with advanced high frequency response test system. A high energy and speed impact testing machine with mid-high strain rate and its expetiment techniques were developed.Its hit energy is as high as 5000J,speed 40m/s,which can make the specimen deform seriously,and suitable for study on couple effect of heat with mechanism,The effect of inertia force on test wave was analysed.
