摘要
利用SEM观察了617钢在高应变速率下,经不同变形量后试样表面和剖面的微观变形特征。阐述了高应变速率下裂纹的形核机制,讨论了不同组织形态对裂纹萌生和扩展的影响。最后从断裂特征角度分析了影响617钢延性的因素,并与静态变形特征进行了比较。
The micro-processes of fracture at high strain ratein 617 steel were observed by the stirface and longitudialsection of specimens in SEM,The mechanism of crack or cavity nucleation has been clarified.The effect of different strtictureson erack or eavity nucleation and growth was disctissed.The factors affenting the dictility of 617 steel were analyzed according to the specific features of fracture. The characteristicsof dynamic deformation were compared with that of the static one.
