碳含量对易切削非调质塑模钢组织及性能的影响

EFFECTS OF CARBON CONTENT ON MICROSTRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES OF FREE CUTTING NON-HEAT-TREATED PLASTIC MOULD STEELS

摘要 研究了碳含量与易切削非调质塑料模具钢性能间的关系。结果表明,随着碳含量的上升,钢的硬度随之而升高,韧性则先升后降,钢的切削性能渐趋恶化。 The relationship between carbon content and properties and microstrure of free cutting non-heat-treated plasic seels was investigated in this paper.It was found that when the carbon content of steels inereased,the hardness would nerease,the toughness would increase when the cabon content was lower than 0.28% and then deerease,the machinability would decrease.
