中国人参的核磁共振研究Ⅰ．人参皂甙Re的二维核磁共振谱研究

NMR STUDIES OF CHINESE GINSENOSIDE-ReⅠ．2D NMR Study of Ginsenoside-Re

用４００ＭＨｚ和５００ＭＨｚ超导核磁共振谱仪测定了具有生理活性的达玛烷型人参皂甙Ｒｅ的同核、异核二维化学位移相关谱和相敏双量子滤波二维相关谱，由此归属了人参皂甙Ｒｅ的氢谱，测定了Ｒｅ的质子偶合常数。

Biologically active damardne type ginsenoside-Re was economically isolated from aerialstem and leaves of ginseng and studled by two-dimensional NMR spectrosoopy（2D H，X-COSY，H，H-COSY and DQF-COSY）. ~1H chemical shift of ginsenoside-Re were as-signed. The ~1H coupling constants of ginsenoside-Re were obtained.
