摘要
本文报道了1-18烷基-3,3-二甲基螺吲哚啉萘并嗪及其5'-COOMe,8'-Br衍生物在氯仿和四氯化碳中的 ̄1H和 ̄(13)CNMR结构特征。
The structural and spectroscopic properties of three spiroindolinonaphthoxazinederivatives in CDCl_3 and CCl_4 were studied by ~1H and ^(13)C NMR spectroscopy. Themethods of ~1H-~1、~H-^(13)C COSY, relaxation rate seperation and theorietical simulationof the spin systems were used. The results indicate that compounds Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ arein the spiro-like conformation in both solvents.
