摘要
本文研究了水溶液中微量顺磁离子Fe ̄(3+)和Cu ̄(2+)对蛋白质及多肽结构单元一氨基酸分子纵向弛豫时间T_1的影响,把文献已处理过的金属离子与分子只存在一种络合物种体系的公式,推广到了多个络合物种并存且存在交换的体系中,导出并验证了顺磁弛豫速率R_f。与金属离子浓度C_M成线性关系,较深入地讨论了斜率大小与络合能力、配体浓度的关系.
The influence of paramagnetic ions, Fe^(3+) and Cu^(2+) on relaxation time T_1 of aminoacids which are structural units of peptides has been investigated in this paper .The for-mula only for monospecies system of chemical molecule and metal ion has been ex-tended to polyspecies system and the system in which there are chemical exchanges. Thelinear relations of paramagnctic relaxation rate(R_(1p))and concetration of metal ions(C_M)have been elucidated and demonstrated.The relations between the slope of curvesand coordinating ability and concentration of ligands have been discussed。
